Stephen H. Clark
Stephen H. Clark joined the Rowan University Foundation Board of Directors in 2010.
As vice president--finance & treasurer of South Jersey Industries and senior vice president--finance, regulatory affairs & treasurer of South Jersey Gas Company, Mr. Clark directs shareholder records and investor relations for Southern New Jersey’s energy experts. He is also responsible for overseeing the companies’ cash management, short-term borrowings, long-term debt, equity capital management and commercial and investment banking relationships.
Mr. Clark first joined the company in 1997 as manager of investor relations, with the task of establishing that function for SJI. His work ethic and dedication to success helped him to progress through a number of managerial positions before being elected to his current roles with South Jersey Gas in 2002 and South Jersey Industries in 2004.
He serves on the American Gas Association’s Finance Committee and the board of directors of Junior Achievement of New Jersey, Inc., Southern District.
Mr. Clark earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Rutgers College and also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the College of William and Mary.
