- Intercollegiate athletics and intramural sports offer student athletes and sports enthusiasts competitive, enriching team and individual challenges.
- Rowan encourages healthy living with recreation, counseling and residential resources for personal development as well as environmental responsibility in "green" buildings and care for the campus.
- Future plans include a 700-resident "freshman village" and upgrades of, or replacements for, existing residence halls which will guarantee housing for four years.
